STYLE JUNKIE RETURNS REQUIREMENTS

Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receipt.

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.

Any merchandise from “SALE TAB” cannot be returned.

Non-returnable merchandise includes all sale tab merchandise, bodysuits, bodysuit sets and all accessories.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.

Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to STYLE JUNKIE.

STYLE JUNKIE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please keep tracking number for your return.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

STYLE JUNKIE diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

WHEN MAKING AN RETURN

  1. Be sure that merchandise packed securely and in its original packaging.
  2. All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.
  3. Be sure to include your invoice with your return.
  4. Please explain reason for return on the invoice.

 

STYLE JUNKIE RETURN PROCESSING TIME

When your package has been received, your return will be processed, and a store credit will be issued within 5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and store credit has been issued.
